Manawatū Rural Support Service invites you to our Menopause Workshop. We will be taking a health promotion approach to the menopause years covering:
- Physical Changes
- Symptoms
- Supportive Lifestyle
- Treatments
The workshop is an excellent opportunity to share experiences and learn from each other. Presentations will be given by MRSS and Easie Living.
